If you know a business that could use a hand with its technology, introduce us and we'll see how we can help. Anyone can refer. When a business you refer signs a 12-month managed IT agreement, our clients get one month of managed IT service free and everyone else gets a $500 gift card. The business you refer gets a free IT & security check and 10% off their first month.

How it works

  1. Tell us who to contact. Fill out the short form below (let them know we'll be reaching out).
  2. We take it from there. We reach out within 1 business day and offer them a free 20-minute IT & security check. No pressure.
  3. You get your reward. When they sign a managed IT agreement of 12 months or longer and their first invoice is paid, we send your reward: a one-month service credit for current clients, or a $500 gift card for everyone else.

🎁 You get

Current clients: a credit equal to one month of your managed IT service, applied to your next invoice.

Not a client? A $500 gift card, sent electronically or ready to pick up at our Towson office.

🤝 They get

A free IT & security check and 10% off their first month of managed IT service.

Who are you referring?

Program details

  • Open to everyone: current clients, partners, friends and other businesses.
  • Rewards are earned only if the business you refer signs a managed IT service agreement with a term of 12 months or longer and pays its first invoice. Referrals that do not sign, or that sign shorter-term, project-only or month-to-month work, do not earn a reward.
  • Current clients receive a credit equal to one month of their managed IT service fee, applied to their next invoice.
  • Non-clients receive a $500 gift card, sent electronically or picked up at our office at 101 E Chesapeake Ave, Suite 300, Towson, MD. We may ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing a gift card.
  • The referred business must be new to us (not a current client or one we have worked with in the last 12 months).
  • One reward per new client; no limit on how many businesses you refer. The referral must reach us before the business contacts us on its own.
  • Service credits have no cash value. If your organization does not allow you to accept credits or gifts, we are happy to make an equivalent donation to a charity you choose.
  • The 10% discount applies to the referred client's first month of managed IT service.
