• Contact and quote forms, chat, text messages and booking requests: name, email, phone, company, and what you need help with.
• Free tools (Email & Website Check, IT Security Quiz): your name, email, phone, and for the Email & Website Check, the business domain you enter, plus your quiz answers or score.
• Referral Program: your contact details and the name and contact details of the business you refer. Please only refer people who have agreed to hear from us.
• Lunch & Learn and newsletter/checklist sign-ups: name, email, company and your preferences.

Results from our free tools

The Email & Website Check reviews only publicly available information about the domain you enter, the same information any email server or website visitor can see. We keep a record of each domain checked and its grades. Detailed results are kept for 24 hours, or with your inquiry if you ask us to help.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the site or campaign link that brought you here.
• To understand which marketing works, our website remembers how you first arrived (for example, from Google search or our Google Business Profile) in your browser for up to 30 days and includes it when you submit a form.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Testing center

Exam registration and candidate information is collected and managed by the testing providers (for example, Pearson VUE, CompTIA, ETS and Kryterion) under their own privacy policies.
